Old school awesome

Just beat all three campaigns. Love this game. It was well worth the 7 bucks. Please add more content! Only suggestions I have are to add a greater variety of unique loot for all of the bosses, open the casino as a reward for beating insane mode, and
To create a fourth campaign thats random but keeps increasing the difficulty on every play through. Thanks for a great game guys!
